Health and Mental Stress Benefits from Fly Fishing

With every thing going on at work and at home, the rivers being closed and the crap weather its been about 3 weeks since I have got a full day of fishing in. Yesterday I made it out to a local lake and spent the day casting large streamers searching for Brown Trout. My attitude and my stress level did a 180 degree turn. I slept better last night than I have in weeks and my wife says I am much nicer to be around. I wanted to see what I could find out about fly fishing and its affects on the brain and I found this article.
